Week of 2/10/14 Oral History Methods and Styles
You will watch and/or listen to at least five "oral histories" this week to get an overview of styles and techniques people use to tell a story or remember a moment in time.
1. Choose stories that interest you from the links below:
2. Create a google document (in your cps gmail account) and share it with me: Ellen Damlich (in cps mail)
3. Link to the stories you listen to and write a few sentences about your impression of each one. Make note of techniques you may use in your own story. You can also jot down anything interesting that you learned from a particular story.
4. Complete your google doc by Friday with your impressions of at least five stories/histories.
This is worth 50 points.

one inch margins
paragraphs - double spacing within the paragraph
indent at the beginning of each new paragraph (do not quadruple space between paragraphs)

Appropriate sign off: e.g. Sincerely,
